– TRACKING AN ORDER IS THE RESPONSIBLY OF THE CUSTOMER.
– ORDERS MUST BE ADDRESSED TO A SECURE PERMANENT ADDRESS.
– IF AN ORDER IS SENT BACK TO US DUE TO FAILED DELIVERY/CUSTOMS NOT PAID/INCORRECT ADDRESS/REFUSED YOUR ORDER WILL NOT BE RE SENT. YOU WILL BE REFUNDED ONLY FOR THE ITEMS IN YOUR ORDER NOT SHIPPING FEE.
– IF ORDERS ARE DEEMED AS LOST A REPLACEMENT WILL BE SENT, ORDERS WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.
– IF AN ITEM IS FAULTY, A NEW ITEM WILL BE SENT TO REPLACE THE FAULTY ITEM (DEPENDING ON STOCK LEVELS) AND ONLY WITHIN A 1 MONTH PERIOD OF RECEIVING THE ITEM.
– FAULTY ITEMS MUST BE DECLARED WITHIN WITHIN A 1 MONTH PERIOD OF RECEIVING THE ITEM, AFTER THIS PERIOD THE PRODUCT WILL NO LONGER BE ELIGIBLE FOR A REPLACEMENT (REGARDLESS OF THE AMOUNT OF WEAR)
